The main attraction in the area is the Urban Farm. This is a Council-run courtyard farm off Fagg's Road, which is regularly open to the public.


Due to its excellent location at the bottom of the south runway, Hatton Cross station is often preferred by plane-spotters. In fact, a small footbridge outside the station provides a perfect view of planes taking off and landing.
